This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 1–3 PQE) to join a supportive, forward‑thinking team and gain exposure to high‑quality work, strong clients and clear progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop within a busy Commercial Real Estate team.
• Work on a broad range of matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, development work, property finance and asset management.
• Run your own matters with appropriate supervision.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions.
• Build strong client relationships from an early stage.
• Develop your technical and commercial skillset.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property, flexible on PQE.
• Experience assisting with or managing commercial real‑estate matters.
• Keenness to develop technical expertise and career long‑term.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Proactive, organised and eager to learn.
• Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
