Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join a forward‑thinking team working on high‑value, challenging transactions in the South West market.Your role will include:
1. Advising on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, investments and private equity transactions
2. Supporting clients on acquisitions, disposals and strategic investments
3. Drafting, reviewing and negotiatingplex corporate documentation
4. Delivering clear, pragmatic andmercially focused legal advice
5. Working closely with colleagues as part of a collaborative and ambitious team

What you’ll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, you will typically have:
6. 3+ years’ post‑qualification experience in corporate law
7. Qualification as a UK Solicitor (England, Wales or Scotland)
8. Experience handling strong‑quality corporate work, ideally including private equity
9. Excellent drafting and analytical skills
10. The ability tomunicateplex legal issues clearly to non‑lawyers
11. A proactive,mercially minded approach and strong team ethic
