About the Role

As the Team Leader, you’ll drive the growth of our Aged & Community Care business in WA by leading a high-performing team of consultants, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be actively involved in business development, workforce planning, and strategic project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead and inspire a team of recruitment and operations consultants to meet service and growth targets.
* Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to expand our market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and shift fulfilment.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance, safety, and service excellence.
* Represent HCA in contract negotiations and stakeholder engagements.
* Monitor and report on team performance, budgets, and operational KPIs.

* Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
* Strong leadership background, ideally within healthcare or service-based industries.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of the nursing or aged care sector is highly desirable.
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are preferred.

* Quarterly bonus structure
* Hours are 08:00 - 16:00
* No WFH within first 6 month probation period
