The role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience who is confident managing their own residential caseload from instruction to post-completion.Applications are welcome from those seeking either full-time or part-time working arrangements.Role and Responsibilities:
* Handling a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Managing files independently with minimal supervision
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
* Providing practical, clear, and timely advice to clients
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Proven ability to manage a full caseload with a high level of autonomy
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A client-focused approach and a team-oriented attitude
