We are seeking a passionate and driven branch manager to lead the Reading store. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving store performance, maximising profitability, and ensuring your team delivers an outstanding customer experience that inspires confidence and brand loyalty. You will set and maintain impeccable visual standards, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for visual merchandising that reflects our brand’s signature style. Coaching and development are at the heart of our culture, so you’ll play a key role in training, inspiring, and empowering your team to reach their potential. This is very much an assisted selling environment so building strong client relationship with trust is key.
