Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at customer sites.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime.
* Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance.
* Provide clear and professional support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
* Complete service reports, documentation and updates in line with company procedures.
* Train end users on basic equipment operation and maintenance.
* Liaise with internal teams (e.g., technical support, parts, and scheduling) to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on‑site.
* Travel to various customer locations as required, sometimes at short notice.
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a Field Service, Maintenance or Engineering role.
* Hands‑on experience with installing, maintaining or repairing technical equipment or machinery.
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures and working on customer sites.
* Experience in customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
* A full, clean driving licence is often required.
