About the Role: Provide focused speech and language therapy interventions tailored to pupils with diverse communication needs Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to embed therapy within classroom activities Assess, design, and regularly review individual therapy programmes Keep thorough records and actively contribute to EHCP planning and review processes Deliver training and support to school staff on communication strategies and the use of AAC tools The ideal candidate will: Registered with HCPC and holds a recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy Experience working within educational settings, including mainstream or SEN schools In-depth knowledge of SEN, with a focus on communication disorders, autism, and developmental delays Proficient in AAC and alternative communication methods Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with others Why Work with Supply Desk?
