Job Summary
Waterfield's is a well-established, family owned, £12 million turnover business which manufactures bakery products which it sells through its own 43 retail shops and to supermarkets.
We are seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to be a vital part in this small Accounts team.
Responsibilities:
· Purchase Ledger
· Sales Ledger
· Retail Sales Takings
· Invoice processing
· Supplier payments
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Dealing with invoice queries from customers and suppliers
· Cashbook
· Maintaining ingredient prices in the system
· General office duties
This is a busy, hands-on environment but the right candidate will have the opportunity to have a varied role within the Accounts team.
Good IT skills (particularly Excel) and experience of accounting software (Pegasus, Sage or similar) is essential.
Experience - Experience in a similar role would be preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
