Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Support Worker working as part of the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team within Caithness. The role holder will work to maintain individuals in their own community. You will have good communication and personal skills, time management and organisational skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Work independently and on your own initiative while being a team player, adaptable, self‑motivated, and able to respond to challenges.
* Travel effectively and efficiently. A driving licence is essential and a pool car may be available; applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes if required.
* Full‑time post of 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in accordance with service requirements.
* Fixed term until 31 October 2026.
