You will play a key role in creating high-quality swimming and sports programmes that help our community live healthier and more active lives. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will lead a team of instructors and coaches, ensure the smooth running of our programmes, and drive participation and customer satisfaction across the centre. What you’ll be doing Leading and developing our Swim Teachers and Sports Coaches Managing and growing our swimming and sports course programmes – approx. 2000 children and daytime school swimming.
