Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to brand and service standards Managing the morning mise en place and organising your section Ensuring buffet and à la carte options are fresh, well-presented, and replenished on time Supporting the wider kitchen team with handover into lunch prep Maintaining excellent food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and waste management Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team to deliver a smooth service What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality-led kitchen Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and calmly in early morning hours Great attention to detail and consistency A team-focused attitude and passion for hospitality WHAT DO WE OFFER?
