We are a modern media house building the next era of emotional intelligence — where raw storytelling meets practical transformation. ________________________________________ ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a fast, precise, technically strong Funnel Builder HubSpot Specialist to complete a full funnel build-out in 2 weeks. This is a high-speed implementation role, responsible for building the core funnel system that powers our podcast, book, and course ecosystem. You will build: • Two HubSpot landing pages • A 30-email sequence • CRM workflows tagging • Lemon Squeezy checkout integration • Squarespace site updates • Tracking analytics • Podcast → funnel integration This is a tech-heavy, execution-focused sprint. ________________________________________ RESPONSIBILITIES (2 Weeks) 1. Funnel Architecture & Implementation • Convert 2 Figma designed pages to → pixel-perfect HubSpot landing pages • Build Landing Page 1 (Podcast → Book funnel • Build Landing Page 2 (Course Pre-Sale funnel) • Update Squarespace site (CTAs, hero image, podcast promo) • Implement inline 99¢ book promo offer after form submission (promo pricing) • Connect HubSpot → Lemon Squeezy → CRM • Set up UTMs, tracking, and pixels • Full mobile desktop QA • Build 30-email sequence In HubSpot • Build shopping cart sequence in HubSpot 2.
