As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position offering genuine flexibility and autonomy.
Unlike many traditional sales roles, you will work directly with company leadership and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future growth of the business.
We are looking for someone who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities to help businesses improve their shipping and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities across the UK
* Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting and relationship building
* Develop relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors and e-commerce businesses
* Conduct discovery meetings to understand client requirements and challenges
* Present tailored shipping and logistics solutions
* Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial agreements
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts
* Contribute ideas and strategies to support business growth

* A consultative and solution-based sales approach
* High levels of self-motivation and organisation
* The ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Confidence speaking with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
