We are looking for HCA'S / Carers with experience working with adults or children with the following: Peg Feeding Tracheostomy Enteral feeding Personal Care Car driver (preferred but not essential) Benefits: Monthly payments Guaranteed worked Overtime opportunities available A warm ad supportive family environment to work within Full training, including mandatory and role specific courses Duties and responsibilities: Using complex care equipment and carrying out complex care procedures Supporting daily routine, including personal care, simple cooking, laundry & light household tasks Supporting during school hours and assisting on therapy days Assisting with walking, mobility support & motor-development programme Helping with sensory regulation needs, using agreed calming strategies and routines Encouraging independence, social interaction and life skills development Joining the family on holidays, including annual trip to the US and other European destinations Caring for patients within their own home and building a rapport with family members Ensure care plans and other information are followed and any changes are escalated to clinical leads efficiently and safely.
