We’re hiring a Senior Designer to join a creative agency specialising in branding and spatial design for hospitality, leisure and lifestyle sectors. You’ll create exceptional work that blends insight, imagination and craft, bringing brands to life across print, digital and physical environments. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll collaborate with architects, illustrators and animators to deliver projects that make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing
As Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll work directly with the Design Director to deliver creative projects from concept to completion. You’ll lead on branding, print and digital design, art direction and campaign development, ensuring every output meets the highest standards.
You’ll mentor junior designers, share knowledge and help raise the creative bar across the studio. You’ll contribute ideas in creative meetings, challenge briefs and bring insight into every project. Expect to work on brand creation for new concepts, rebrands for established businesses, and branded environments for restaurants and lifestyle spaces. You’ll also support with photoshoots, signage design and rollout, collaborating closely with architects and other specialists to create cohesive brand worlds.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Extensive agency experience in branding and design.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, print and digital work.
* Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and solid understanding of production processes.
* Experience creating branded environments and campaign assets.
* Ability to conceptualise and ideate designs, and write compelling copy.
* Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual storytelling.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery under tight deadlines.
* Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for design and culture.
Desirable:
* Experience in hospitality, leisure or lifestyle branding.
* Familiarity with signage and environmental graphics.
