We are in the process of finding a Behaviour Support Worker to join our supply team. We're looking for a flexible candidate with a desire to work with young people who for varying reasons find school life challenging. As a Behaviour Support Worker you will need to have strong knowledge of the challenges young people face, excellent communication skills and not be afraid to get stuck in to a vibrant classroom. You will be expected to manage behaviour, enrich young people through various educational methods, and build strong and lasting relationships with amazing young people.
The required Behaviour Support Worker will have:
1. Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
2. A passion for education and helping people
3. A nurturing and engaging personality
