Experienced Cover Supervisors – Tonbridge School
We are seeking reliable and experienced Cover Supervisors to join a school in Tonbridge. This role involves supervising classes, supporting teaching staff, and ensuring that learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage classes across various year groups
* Support teaching staff in delivering lesson plans
* Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, including managing challenging behavior
* Provide feedback on student progress and classroom activities
Requirements:
* Experience working in a school or educational setting
* Ability to manage challenging behavior confidently and effectively
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Driving license is highly desirable to allow flexibility across sites

Hours: Flexible, as cover is required across the school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
