Job Responsibilities: Design and optimize process workflows to improve equipment productivity and resource utilization. Lead site relocation and renovation projects, managing risks and ensuring on-time delivery. Plan and optimize sortation center layouts based on business needs, and continuously improve processes and equipment configuration. Develop operational plans and use data analysis to support goal achievement and decision-making. Master core technologies of intelligent sorting equipment, troubleshoot common failures, and drive automation upgrades. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure efficient and stable equipment operation. Respond quickly to equipment failures and emergencies, executing contingency plans and on-site handling. Job Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, including 3 years in smart equipment and process optimization. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience in process design and management of intelligent sorting systems.
