GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to work in schools across Felpham. This role offers a great opportunity to inspire young learners while gaining valuable classroom experience. Both experienced teachers and ECTs are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS–KS2 national curriculum.
* Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with a variety of abilities.
* Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to raise achievement.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs).
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Passion for teaching and supporting pupil development.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
