We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Area Security Officer to work across a collection of prestigious sites in Leeds. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work across a range of varied locations, with a high standard of security needing to be met at all times. This is a full-time role working a minimum 42 hours per week covering days, nights and weekends. Holding a UK driving licence is desirable for this role. Your Time at Work As an Area Security Officer, a typical week will involve ensuring the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Other elements of the role will include: - Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site - Patrolling of the premises - both inside and outside - Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms Our Perfect Worker If you are aged 18 or over and are a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times, then this could be the career for you! A good understanding of IT is required and as mentioned before, whilst it would be a benefit to have some previous security experience together with your SIA license.
