Roles & Responsibilities
* Under limited supervision, manages day‑to‑day administrative activity, provides client support, and answers customer inquiries or routes complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
* Solves/troubleshoots administrative and operational problems.
* Collects and collates technical data from a variety of Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
* Gathers information from equipment, databases, spreadsheets, corporate intranets, laboratory reports, and meeting minutes.
* Ensures engineering‑related data is up to date and documentation is validated and compliant.
* Motivated and proactive, interacting positively with multiple departments and teams within a client organisation.
* Prepares and collates complex reports and maintains intricate records requiring careful selection and classification of information from several sources.
* Communicates effectively with customers or employees.
* Manages document storage, corrects faults, and ensures compliance.
* Retrieves documents upon request.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data management or analysis.

Education & Professional Qualification
* Educated to GCSE level, Degree or above
* Experience in a technical environment preferred

Computer/SW Skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
* Ability to track and report multiple items simultaneously using Excel/Word lists
