The Complete Education Solution (TCES) is a Social Enterprise Group providing specialist therapeutic, inclusive education through our schools and services for neurodivergent pupils since 1999. We are looking to recruit a Partnerships Manager to drive referrals, manage leads and build extremely close working relationships with Local Authorities across London to increase the number of referrals we receive for our 3 'Outstanding' (in every area) schools and our unique Create service for high-risk and very vulnerable young peope.
This is a key role within the TCES Business Development Team, reporting directly into the Commercial Director.
Salary: £41,287 - £45,198 per annum (TCES Salary Band 4), plus bonus.
Location: TCES Central Services, Wimbledon, with regular travel to school sites across London.
Contract & hours: Hybrid full-time role, with a maximum of 2 days per week working from home.
This is a vital, external-facing role and the successful candidate will lead on all communication with prospective parents, Local Authorities and anyone expressing interest in TCES's London-based schools and services.
Key tasks include representing (and presenting) TCES at events, including Open Days; coordinating and developing a sophisticated Key Account Management system for Local Authorities and professional bodies across London; reporting on competitors and localised trends in needs and placements; and working closely with TCES schools as well as the Marketing team to develop understanding of our specialist provisions and subsequently increase interest from parents and LA SEND teams. This role is key to TCES becoming established as the leading voice of inclusive therapeutic education across London.
This is an extremely proactive role involcing constant external communication with all stakeholders across London. Experience of a similar role within education is preferable, and at least a broad understanding of the SEND and independent school landscapes would be considered desirable.
