Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Patient Pathway Coordinator to support the Flexible Cystoscopy Service within our Urology Department. The role is the first point of contact for patients and is essential for the seamless operation of our services and the patient's experience with the trust. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors and other administrative teams across the trust.
Responsibilities
* Support the administrative pathway for patients in the Flexible Cystoscopy Service, including letter typing, booking outpatient appointments and booking elective surgery.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth service delivery.
What You Need
* Good communication skills.
* Highly organised and able to work as part of a team.
Working Hours
Hours will be based during core hours (8 am to 6 pm) Monday to Friday.
