As part of its continued regional expansion, the business is seeking to appoint a senior Building Surveyor at Associate to Director level to lead and grow its Manchester offering.
This is a leadership opportunity for an individual who combines technical credibility with commercial instinct and a desire to build something meaningful within a well-supported platform.
The Role
The appointed individual will assume responsibility for:
* Leading and developing the Manchester Building Surveying team
* Expanding key client relationships across public and private sectors
* Driving revenue growth and market share in the North West
* Overseeing financial performance, forecasting and pipeline management
* Delivering high-level professional and project-based Building Surveying services
The service mix spans public estates, residential, education, healthcare, retail, commercial and insurance-led instructions.
The role offers significant autonomy, backed by the strength of a respected national brand and multi-disciplinary infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:
* MRICS qualification
* A strong reputation within the North West consultancy market
* Proven ability to generate fees and develop client relationships
* Experience leading, mentoring and growing teams
* Commercial awareness with strategic outlook
* Technical excellence across professional and project services
