As we expand our international footprint, we are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to drive growth in the printing and paper-based packaging sector. Key Responsibilities
* New Business Development: Identify and engage major UK retailers, category buyers, or distributors for premium stationery and gift packaging.
* Account Management: Build lasting relationships by aligning our production capabilities with client needs in design, cost, and timelines.
* Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle—from outreach and quotation to closing deals and ensuring successful delivery.
* Project Liaison: Coordinate with our China-based teams on sampling, production, QC, and shipment tracking.
* Retail Insight: Keep track of UK retail trends and contribute market intelligence to enhance our offering and strategy.
* Client Representation: Attend retail packaging events or trade shows to promote Golden Prosperity’s capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
* 8+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, print, or retail supply
* A strong network of contacts among UK retail chains, FMCG buyers, or seasonal/gifting teams
* Ability to manage complex projects and communicate across cultures and time zones
* Fluent English; strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
* Previous supplier-side or buyer-side experience preferred
