Overview

What will you be doing?

Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Orthopaedics customers, ensuring that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.


What does success look like?

Success will be determined by revenue and an improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with customers. You will take strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for our patients. This should maximise sales revenue across the geography and may impact existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.


Responsibilities

* Develop and manage complex accounts in the medical device industry.
* Build strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners.
* Drive business development with experience identifying and winning new accounts within private hospitals or NHS environments.
* Continuously stay up-to-date with developments related to your customers.
* Think like a business owner—assess territory and franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements.
* Maintain and obtain a valid UK Driving Licence.
