TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products necessary for servicing and repairing Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a 1,500-strong workforce, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace that recognizes and rewards its employees and encourages learning and development.

Launched in 2006 as a new brand concept based on an Agency Model, TPS Centres stock and sell on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth both financially and in the number of Centres nationwide.


About the Role

What will you be doing?

As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Lead, manage, and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to meet sales targets.
* Monitor sales performance against KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
* Plan and implement promotional activities with support from the Centre Manager.
* Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitors.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide developmental support.
* Implement incentive schemes to motivate the sales team.
* Ensure excellent customer service via the team.
* Monitor delivery schedules to maintain service levels.
* Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
* Ensure proper use of business systems and compliance with standards and guidelines.


Requirements

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience managing sales teams in a B2B environment.
* Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a Parts Sales team.
* Passionate about customer service.
* Strong communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
* High IT literacy, proficient in MS Office.
* Results-oriented and sales-focused.
* Interest in the automotive industry or customer service.
