Overview
Student - Governance, Training and Patient Engagement. This role is based in Moorgate, London in our co-working facilities with convenient transport links. The GPA&FC team covers UK governance, privacy, SOP management, process assurance, ABPI compliance, and foundational training capabilities.
Responsibilities
* Develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and our products and disease areas
* Help ensure a strong compliance network within the organisation
* Develop, lead and deliver initiatives including patient-focused projects as part of the Patient Engagement team
* Assist in adopting innovative technologies to deliver strategies across the business, including process simplification and automation including AI and CoPilot
* Work with the Privacy team to ensure privacy alignment across the business
* Help run our training programme to ensure employees have the necessary skills and capabilities to perform their roles
* Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to build confidence, communication and presentation skills
* Take part in stretch assignments and projects to enhance personal development goals across the business
Requirements
* Studying for a B.Sc. in life science, Pharmacy or equivalent healthcare qualification
* Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Demonstrated numeric, IT and analytical skills
* Experience in governance, process assurance, compliance, privacy or training is preferred
* You must currently be studying at a UK university and be looking to complete a 12-month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree
