An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Thatcham as a Chef de Partie to join their busy catering team.
* Location: Thatcham
* Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (6:30AM - 2:30PM OR 11:30AM - 7:30PM) Shift pattern of 5 days over 7 between Monday - Sunday
* Salary: £29,045

As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring all food is prepared, produced, presented, and served at the correct service times to a high standard and correct quantities
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of daily operations
* Maintaining a consistent high standard of fresh food
* Assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen
* Ensuring food is prepared to the correct recipe standard
* Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and food safety regulations are followed in the kitchen
The successful Chef de Partie will have the following related skills / experience:
* A passion for food and a creative flair
* Previous experience in a similar role / catering for large numbers
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail.
* Enjoys working in a team and has a proactive approach to work
* Able to meet Health and Safety requirements and guidelines
* Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
