As a Junior D365 Customer Engagement (CE)Functional Consultant, you will be client-facing and will work closely withclients and senior consultants to design, implement, and optimise D365 CustomerEngagement solutions. You’ll develop your problem-solving skills as you gainhands-on experience working with clients, your project team, and the widerinternal CE community. 1. Some experience or strong academic background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or CRM-related solutions.
2. Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) is preferred.
3. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to learn and develop technical and consulting skills.
6. Good communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
7. Knowledge of data migration, integration, or reporting tools is beneficial.
8. Microsoft certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are advantageous.

This role requires a basic understanding ofbusiness processes, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness tolearn how to configure and customise D365 CE applications.
Key Responsibilities:
17. Support senior consultants in engaging with clients to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
18. Assist in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
19. Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
20. Help configure and customise D365 CE applications under the guidance of experienced consultants.
21. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
22. Conduct system testing, assist with user training, and support change management activities.
23. Troubleshoot basic issues and provide post-implementation support.
24. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform trends.
