We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our small, high-performing IT team. This is a fully on-site, end-user-facing role, providing 1st-line support across two local offices, so a full driving licence and own transport are essential.

* First point of contact for internal IT queries
* Provide face-to-face and phone support
* Escalate issues when required
* Assist with hardware/software tasks and office moves
* Support ongoing IT projects
