Overview
The Opportunity: A part-time locum dentist to see NHS patients at Together Dental Basildon. We can consider fewer days and different hours.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality dental care to NHS patients in a part-time locum capacity.
* Collaborate with an established team and utilise clinical support resources as needed.
Working Hours & Remuneration
* Working hours: 9:00–17:30 on Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00–16:30 on Friday. (We can consider other days and hours.)
* Day rate of £450 with a target of 30 UDAs; additional payment for overachievement.
* Private work paid at a 50% private rate.
Support & Environment
* Inclusive, friendly, and supportive team to enable delivery of excellent patient care.
* Access to clinical support group, Regional Manager, and Clinical Director.
* Training opportunities (potential financial assistance) and lead clinician support for case discussions.
* Access to supporting specialists for complex cases.
* Dedicated internal marketing promoting dentists\' special interests to direct patients.
Practice Details
* Together Dental Basildon is a fully equipped mixed NHS and private practice in south Essex with train links.
* Fully computerised with modern surgeries, digital X-rays, OPG, patient portal, online booking and payment.
* Rotary Endodontic equipment, well-maintained facilities, and a wide range of materials available.
* Access to implants and a hygienist operating three days a week in a dedicated hygiene area.
