Panel Beater / Strip & Fit Technician – OTE £50K
KerbSafe is growing fast, and we’re looking for a *skilled Panel Beater / Strip & Fit Technician * to join our busy bodyshop.
We’ve got a strong flow of work from dealerships and private customers—so if you’re good at what you do, you’ll stay busy.
*The Job:*
* Panel repairs carried out to a high standard
* Strip & fit of vehicle components
* Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
* Supporting the paint team where required
* Working efficiently to keep jobs moving through the workshop
* Maintaining quality across every stage of the repair
*What we need from you:*
* Experience in *panel beating, strip & fit, or vehicle prep*
* Reliable and able to work on your own or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work at pace without cutting corners
