The role
Salary: £46,000 - 86,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a strong communicator and presenter who can engage, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. We need excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines. We require proven project management experience, with the ability to deliver projects across the full lifecycle from initiation through to implementation. We value business analysis experience, including the ability to gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into effective solutions. We require an understanding of test management processes to support successful delivery and validation of outcomes. Familiarity with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and/or Agile frameworks is required. Responsibilities: We lead projects end-to-end, from initial concept through to live implementation. We support the transition, adoption, and early-life support phases. We coordinate activities effectively to ensure projects are delivered smoothly. We ensure projects comply with agreed governance and standards. We maintain a robust service transition process throughout delivery. We work with stakeholders at all levels to engage, influence, and build relationships. We manage multiple priorities and deliver projects to agreed timelines. We gather, interpret, and translate business requirements into effective solutions. We support test management processes to validate outcomes and aid successful delivery.
