Location: Doncaster
Position: Full-time
Salary: Dependent on experience
An established and well-regarded law firm in Doncaster is seeking a Wills and Probate Fee Earner to join its growing Private Client team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fee earner looking to develop or continue a career in private client work within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of Wills and Probate matters, including:
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
* Administering estates of varying complexity
* Advising on inheritance tax and trusts (where appropriate)
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Wills and Probate / Private Client Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent)
* Able to manage a caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* A proactive and professional approach to work
