Our client, a reputable dealership in West Sussex, is actively seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join their busy team in Worthing.

Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £28,000 with a OTE of £37,600
Monthly earnings potential of £700 to £800 through commissions and bonuses
Working hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch break); Saturday rota of 1 in 3 or 1 in 5

Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and professional experience
Advising customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance plans
Selling service plans, tyres, brakes, and other vehicle accessories
Managing workshop workflow and liaising with technicians to ensure timely job completion
Maintaining accurate records using Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software systems
Contributing to achieving dealership targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfactionRequirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a strong customer service background within the motor trade; candidates from non-motor trade backgrounds may be considered
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently
Knowledge of Kerridge, CDK, RTC, or 1Link software (desirable but not essential)
