Role Purpose
The Associate within the Customer Advocacy Program is responsible for supporting the development and execution of customer advocacy initiatives within the marketing team. This person will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing customer advocates to help champion our products and services.
The Customer Referral & Advocacy Executive EMEA reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and Advocacy EMEA, in a team of three. They will work closely with the wider Marketing EMEA team, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Operations, regional sales teams, and partner teams.
The role involves managing initiatives and supporting broader programs within the Customer Marketing Team in EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying potential customer advocates and building relationships.
* Organizing customer advocacy events and webinars, recruiting and briefing customer advocates for public speaking or engagements at Verint and third-party events.
* Coordinating the collection of customer testimonials and case studies.
* Maintaining the customer advocacy database.
* Creating customer advocacy content with the Senior Content Writer EMEA and external agencies.
* Supporting program reporting, including activities related to new business and cross/up-sell opportunities.
* Managing referencing requests from internal teams to support sales and RFPs, ensuring timely responses.
* Supporting the delivery of Verint’s annual Customer Awards event in London, including venue booking, promotion, logistics, and customer travel arrangements.
* Applying customer engagement and advocacy principles.
* Understanding competitor advocacy programs.
* Being aware of industry regulations regarding customer data.
* Working effectively within a geographically distributed team across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Collaborating across business functions and with external stakeholders.
* Using CRM systems effectively.
* Creating and editing basic marketing collateral.
