As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in both small groups and 1:1 settings, assisting with their academic progress and personal development. You will play a key role in creating an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
Contract/Position Details:
* Location: Various locations across Swansea, Neath, Port Talbot, Llanelli
* Position: One-to-One Teaching Assistant
* Type of work: Day-to-day and long-term cover in various schools
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: Daily bookings with potential for extension depending on schools
* Contract type: Temporary
* Full-time/Part-time: Depending on school needs
* Minimum rate of pay: £87.90 per day
* Hours: 8:45 am - 3:20 pm (full day), half-day options available
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting (not essential)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
