Midweight Graphic Designer | Manchester | Up to £35k DOE Fast-Growth Beauty & Lifestyle Brand A bold, fast-scaling digital beauty brand is on the hunt for a Midweight Graphic Designer to level up its creative output across social, email, web and mobile. This is a newly created role, reporting directly into the Art & Design Director, working alongside a high-performing creative team on campaigns, product launches and always-on content. Midweight Graphic Designer Responsibilities: As Midweight Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up digitally. You'll be hands-on, ideas-led, and confident designing for a commercial, trend-driven beauty audience. You'll be responsible for: Designing eye-catching creative across social, email, web and mobile Producing high-quality assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Designing and building email campaigns in Klaviyo, incorporating motion, GIFs and platform-first trends Retouching and enhancing product imagery supplied by the in-house content team Designing web pages and supporting mobile app UX improvements Creating animations, digital ads and branded content that taps into cultural and beauty trends Maintaining brand consistency across all digital touch points What We're Looking For This role would suit a designer who thrives in beauty, cosmetics or fashion-led e-commerce environments. You'll bring: A strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design Solid experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience designing for ecommerce, social or email channels A genuine passion for beauty, branding and visual storytelling Motion, animation or short-form content skills (a big plus) Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms (nice to have) Strong attention to detail, good time management and a collaborative mindset Backgrounds from modern beauty brands (e.g. social-first or influencer-led businesses) are especially welcomed.
