Lead fire safety in one of the UK’s most prestigious and historic estates.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership role within a complex and iconic environment. As Fire Safety Manager, you’ll be responsible for protecting people, property, and heritage across a multi-site estate with national significance.


What you’ll do:

✅ Lead and develop a dedicated Fire Safety & Access team

✅ Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation and best practice

✅ Oversee fire safety systems, training, and incident response readiness

✅ Manage inspections, equipment maintenance, and risk assessments

✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external emergency services

✅ Align safety processes across multiple estate locations


What you’ll bring:

🎓 Qualifications in Fire Safety Management (e.g. FPA, IFSM)

🏛️ Experience in fire safety within historic or complex estates

🧠 Strong technical knowledge of fire prevention and protection systems

👥 Proven leadership and team development skills

🗣️ Excellent communication and training delivery abilities

💻 Confident with Microsoft Office and budget management
