Minimum 1+ years special education experience required.
An immediate full-time Special Education teaching opportunity is available for the 20222023 school year in Burbank, CA. This role offers a chance to support diverse learners in an engaging educational environment with the possibility of contract renewal for the following year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with diverse learning needs.
* Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state guidelines.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to ensure student success.
* Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors or Masters degree preferred.
* Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential required.
* Current vaccination status in accordance with state and school requirements.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
