We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our friendly, dedicated team.

About the Role
This is a really varied role but any work you take on will be within your scope of practice. Examples of the works involved are:
* Comprehensive Geriatric Assessments: managing frailty, falls and anything else that’s needed.
* Functional Rehabilitation: enabling our clients to maximise their independence and quality of life
* Neuro Rehabilitation
* Housing and Equipment: Assessing, advising and arranging for housing needs, adaptations and equipment – whether large or small.
* Seating, Wheelchair and postural management: Assessment and advice to individuals and organisations
* Independent Assessments in cases of review, complaint or potential litigation.
* Mental Health: Anxiety management and managing memory problems
We aim to keep your caseload as local as possible, and travel reimbursements apply for journeys beyond 6 miles.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced occupational therapist with:
* A strong background in any of the areas outlined in the job role
* Substantial NHS or Social Services experience as a qualified Occupational Therapist in the UK
* A passion for delivering excellent care in a home setting
Essential Requirements
* BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy
* Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience
* NHS or Social Services (or similar) experience in the UK
* HCPC and BAOT registration
* UK Driving Licence
* A warm, professional approach with a commitment to patient-centred care
* An ability to write reports – really quite well
