Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Beeches Care Home, Coppull, Chorley
Salary: Dependent on experience, with a performance-tied bonus
We are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager with an NMC Pin to lead our team at Beeches Care Home. The Home Manager will be responsible for the overall management of occupancy levels and compliance in the home. The successful candidate will work closely with the management and their team to ensure the smooth running of the home.
You will focus on strengthening governance, improving occupancy, and supporting quality outcomes. You'll work closely with our senior team to drive performance, embed best practices, and ensure outstanding resident experience. You will require skills and expertise in leadership, sales, customer management and CQC compliance.
Responsibilities and Qualifications: Strong communication skills are paramount as you will be working with team members and communicating heavily with commissioners and external stakeholders.
Essential for the role:
* Proven Home Manager experience
* A clinical background, registered nurse with an NMC Pin
* Established leadership skills
* Effective multitasking and prioritisation
* Ability to have strong and effective relationships with commissioners and external stakeholders
* Knowledge of CQC and local authority expectations and requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Home Manager
* Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
* Strong IT and organisational skills
* Passionate and ambitious i.e. able to motivate team members and drive results
* Commercial and Compliance care sector knowledge
* Relevant sector qualifications/ permissions e.g. NMC PIN
