An established education provider is seeking a compassionate and proactive Safeguarding & Wellbeing Officer to join its student support team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in protecting and supporting young people while helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. This role would suit someone with experience in safeguarding, student support, pastoral care, youth work, education, social care, or wellbeing services. The Role Working closely with the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager and wider student support teams, you will help identify vulnerable students, manage safeguarding concerns, and provide guidance, support, and sign-posting to appropriate services. You will work collaboratively across departments and with external agencies to ensure students receive the right support at the right time, helping improve wellbeing, engagement, attendance, and student outcomes.
