Field Service Engineer ( EVChargers)
Worklocation: On field acrossMidlands
Primary duties will involve overseeingonsite commissioning testing and delivering technical assistancefor our charging solutions applied in electric buses etrucks andvarious heavily utilized transportation networks. Your proficiencywill play a vital role in identifying and resolving operationalissues alongside performing preventive and corrective maintenanceassignments. Moreover you will play a key role in enhancing productfeatures and delivering onsite training sessions for our valuedcustomers.
Responsibilities:
* Undertakerepairs alterations and necessary maintenance tasks on our range ofproducts.
* Create comprehensive reportsdetailing tests and servicesperformed.
* Recognize and propose enhancementsto our array of products and services.
* Upholdquality control standards for technical service partners notdirectly affiliated with ourorganization.
* Execute onsite commissioningactivities including the implementation of Site AcceptanceTesting.
* During periods away from fieldworkprovide assistance to 1st line technical support in resolvingmalfunctions.
* Perform input/output tests andmeasurements both in online and onsiteenvironments.
* Conduct onsite training sessionsfor our clients
* Play a role in revising andimproving service documentation.
* Collaboratewith development teams to deploy test and offer insights onemergingproducts.
Requiredtechnical qualifications andexperience
* City& Guilds Level 3 HND/HNC orequivalent.
* Proficiency with electricalinstallations and PLC systems.
* Knowledge oflocal safetyregulations.
