The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Support Operative to join their team within a major UK distribution centre.

Salary & Shift Pattern £32,500 per annum 4 on 4 off days and nights Your Responsibilities You will support engineering and maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime, safety compliance, and overall productivity.
Conducting operational and functionality checks Performing cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, and general monitoring of equipment Identifying root causes of issues and supporting permanent corrective solutions Assisting with planned, corrective, and reactive maintenance tasks Supporting jam-busting and operational procedures Accurately recording all work completed to maintain utilisation records What Were Looking For We are seeking someone enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in a technical environment.
