As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible, acting as the crucial link between our customers and our expert technicians. About the role Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service. Managing service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed at every stage. Coordinating with the workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations. Advising customers on service and maintenance plans. Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail. The role will involve face to face and over the phone interactions with customers and colleagues. What We're Looking For Previous two years experience in a Service Advisor, customer facing, or administrative role. Volkswagen, koda, Seat / Cupra experience desirable but not essential. A customer service champion with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
