We are looking for a patient, compassionate, and dedicated SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Thurrock, starting as soon as possible. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a pupil with specific additional needs, supporting them to access the curriculum and thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

The Role
As a SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with a pupil who requires personalised support to engage fully with classroom learning. You will assist with tasks, provide guidance, and encourage independence while supporting the pupil’s emotional and social development.
You will liaise closely with class teachers, the SENCo, and other support staff to implement strategies outlined in the pupil’s Individual Education Plan (IEP) and to track progress effectively.
