We are seeking a Multi skilled Kitchen and F&B team member to join our dynamic team in Ipswich, United Kingdom. This versatile role offers an exciting opportunity to work across both kitchen and front-of-house operations, providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
* Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
* Serve customers in the dining area, taking orders and delivering food and beverages
* Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling cash and card transactions
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in both kitchen and dining areas
* Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
* Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
* Adapt to various roles within the kitchen and dining area as needed
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in food service operations
Qualifications
* Previous experience in kitchen and/or food service roles (preferred)
* Proficiency in food preparation and basic cooking techniques
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems accurately
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Excellent multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Flexibility to work in various roles and adapt to changing priorities
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
