The Role:
* Support the development and maintenance of the brand portfolio, contributing to the 5-year brand growth plan.
* Manage NPD projects from concept through to artwork and packaging.
* Collaborate on production shoots, preparing products, providing feedback, and supporting execution.
* Assist the Senior Brand Manager in delivering an engaging and effective global brand plan.
* Own the maintenance of brand visual identity and brand world, with a focus on packaging for NPD/EPD.
* Confidently collaborate with regional activation teams to deliver insight-led brand communications.
* Champion brand guardianship and best-in-class creative standards at a global level.
* Support the Senior Brand Manager with brand guidelines, toolkits, and approvals for regional websites to ensure consistent global identity.
* Take ownership of smaller NPD projects from concept through to final product delivery.
* Manage relationships with factories and printers, ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance with specifications.
* Represent the brand on global NPD/EPD stage gate project meetings and liaise with marketing counterparts in regional offices.
* Work closely with artwork and communications agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
* Support global marketing budget management, including raising POs, tracking spend, and invoice processing.
* Champion the company’s values, promoting responsible business practices across all activities.
What We’re Looking For:
This is an Assistant Brand Manager role with a core focus on brand development, ideal for someone passionate about making brand strategy the centre of their role.
* FMCG experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Visual merchandising experience is desirable.
* IT literate, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
* Strong understanding of brand development and activation within FMCG.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
* Effective communicator, able to provide updates and escalate issues appropriately.
* Budget-management skills and financial awareness.
* Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on new challenges in a growing business.
* Relationship-builder, able to collaborate with internal teams, regional offices, and third-party partners.
* Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
